Gadgetlend supports “Re:layered” at Dutch Design Week 2025

From October 18th to 26th, 2025, the Dutch Design Week took place in Eindhoven – an event where designers presented their ideas on materials, forms, and contemporary design. As part of this event, Gadgetlend supported the exhibition "Re:layered," a joint project by designers Angharad Summers and Silke Grimmelmann .

With this sponsorship, Gadgetlend is setting an example for creative craftsmanship, modern design and sustainable thinking.

Re:layered – a dialogue between material and design

The exhibition Re:layered explored how materials can be reinterpreted and creatively staged. The selected pieces combined meticulous craftsmanship, individual expressiveness, and experimental approaches.

Angharad Summers
Angharad Summers works with clean lines and expressive material combinations. Her designs combine modern lines with colorful accents and a playful approach to textures.

Silke Grimmelmann
Silke Grimmelmann combines classic carpentry with technical and design elements. Her work focuses on the conscious use of materials and how they can be transformed into new forms and applications.

Together they created an exhibition that invited visitors to take a closer look and offered diverse insights into contemporary design.
