Refund policy

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Gadgetlend UG (limited liability), Amtsstraße 10a, 59590 Geseke, Germany, email: support@gadgetlend.de — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
Important: Returns must not be sent without prior authorization. Please wait for our response with the appropriate return address and instructions. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (except for delivery costs) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods properly — whichever is earlier.
Return Conditions
You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, to the address provided by us. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exception: In cases of incorrect delivery or defective goods, we will cover the return shipping costs — provided that you report the damage within 24 hours of receipt by email to support@gadgetlend.de and include photos as proof.
Return Requirements
The goods must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, complete, with all accessories, and in the original packaging. Items showing significant signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing accessories may be subject to a reduction in value or be excluded from withdrawal. The same applies to damaged or opened seals (e.g. for electronic items).
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
- Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized,
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
- Software or electronic products with a broken seal.
Additional Notes on Returns
In general, all items can be returned within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with an intact seal. Exceptions apply to items whose seals have been removed after delivery or that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
