Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 of the German Civil Code, BGB) through the online shop of Gadgetlend UG (limited liability).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately by email after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon our explicit confirmation or upon shipment of the goods.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found under Right of Withdrawal.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages do not include VAT (according to the small business regulation, §19 UStG) and are subject to additional shipping costs. Further information on shipping costs can be found under Shipping Information.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively within the EU. Shipping is handled by our logistics partner BigBuy. The delivery time is usually 5–7 business days.
7. Payment
Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, Klarna, or other payment methods offered during checkout. For Klarna invoice payments, shipment occurs after Klarna approval (usually within 24–48 hours).
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Returns and Complaints
Returns must not be made without prior authorization and must be announced by email to support@gadgetlend.de. Customers must await our return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
In case of transport damage, incorrect delivery, or defective items, customers must contact us by email within 24 hours after receipt of goods and provide photographic documentation. After this period, complaints are excluded unless statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of incorrect or damaged goods, Gadgetlend reserves the right, at its discretion, to provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. No additional guarantees are provided. Gadgetlend accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or misuse.
11. Liability
Gadgetlend is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health that are based on negligent or intentional breach of duty. For all other damages, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
12. Relationship with Shopify
Gadgetlend is operated through Shopify, which enables us to provide our services. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop are concluded directly with Gadgetlend. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Gadgetlend, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages, or obligations arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Gadgetlend.

14. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
