1. Delivery Area:

We deliver exclusively within the European Union (EU). All deliveries are duty-free.

2. Shipping Partners:

Shipping is handled through our trusted European logistics partners. Depending on the destination region, delivery is carried out by reputable courier services such as UPS, Hermes, or GLS. We always select the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option available.

3. Delivery Times:

  • Germany: 5–8 business days
  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 2–8 business days

In exceptional cases (e.g., seasonal demand or logistical constraints), delivery times may be slightly extended. Earlier delivery is possible.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout and may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

5. Shipping for Prepayment or Klarna Invoice:

When selecting Klarna Invoice, please note: shipment will take place after Klarna has approved the payment (usually within 24–48 hours).
For bank transfer or advance payment, shipment occurs once the payment has been received.

6. Shipment Tracking:

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Partial Deliveries:

If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. No additional shipping costs will apply to you in such cases.

8. Delivery Delays:

Should there be any delays (e.g., due to logistical issues), we will inform you promptly via email.
